Erion Packaging supports and guarantees – in the interest and on behalf of its Producers – the implementation of all the legal requirements for the proper management of Packaging Waste related to EEE and B&A in compliance with the rules set forth in Legislative Decree 152/2006.

The main deliberative body of the Compliance Scheme is represented by the Members’ Assembly, which supervises the proper functioning of the organizational, administrative and operational structure.

Erion Packaging is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 1 Chairman and 7 directors, representatives of the associated companies and expression of the will of all Producers.
